This is actually more of an ironic title, I don’t actually expect you to go out and go totally caveman. I am on a personal journey and am learning how to live more healthily and changing my relationship with the food I eat. A proper and more healthy life is not really about trying to lose weight, more about a lifestyle change and how food fits into the jigsaw of life.
I’ll look at many things about food and a healthy lifestyle and also talk about things that I learning along the way.
P.s I should say at this point that I was my own worst enemy and ate all the wrong foods and I am still in the process of changing my lifestyle. My journey is still a work in progress. I hope you enjoy reading my regular post and enjoy following me on the journey.
